With less than 70 divers in all of the Coast Guard, dive lockers tend to become a tight knit unit full of camaraderie.
My husband is a diver & one of his fellow divers was getting pinned (promotion!) while another diver received an award on the same day at the beach.
The ceremony quickly turned into a fun morale day & I took the camera out for maybe 15 minutes tops before I decided to join in on the fun! Didn’t document all of the surfing & the other people who showed up later (and the full on grill dragged onto the beach for lunch), but I enjoy these images so much, I had to share!
